I am dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. My core talents include:
My training in the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach provides a scientific foundation for understanding human behavior and decision-making. By understanding how the brain works, we can better manage our emotions, motivations, decision making and behaviour.
The primary application of the NBA is Adaptive Intelligence—the capacity to remain composed and capable when confronting new, intricate, or complex circumstances, and to maintain positive interpersonal relationships. These skills are vital for effective collaboration in our era of exponentially expanding knowledge and are essential for cultivating resilience and adaptability within organizations navigating an increasingly complex world.
My personal journey has been one of continuous learning and self-development. I’ve consciously worked on personal growth for over 30 years, transforming from a dominant personality to a more humble, service-oriented individual. I embrace lifelong learning and actively seek out opportunities to expand my understanding of the human condition. My extensive travels and volunteer work, including 1.5 years volunteering in Mexico and Central America and a year in Andalucia, have broadened my perspective and deepened my commitment to service. Finding a community in Portugal, Ananda Kalyani, that resonates with my values has allowed me to settle and fully dedicate myself to applying my talents.
