About us

I’ve consciously worked on personal growth for over 30 years, transforming from a dominant personality to a more humble, service-oriented individual. I embrace lifelong learning and actively seek out opportunities to expand my understanding of the human condition. My extensive travels and volunteer work, including 1.5 years volunteering in Mexico and Central America and a year in Andalucia, have broadened my perspective and deepened my commitment to service. Finding a community in Portugal, Ananda Kalyani, that resonates with my values has allowed me to settle and fully dedicate myself to applying my talents.

Our Services

Organizational development

Resilience, organizational change

The persistent challenges facing modern organizations, which hinder growth and well-being, frequently
originate from a misalignment between structure and human needs. Understanding that well-being is the
bedrock of peak performance, my approach utilizes Adaptive Intelligence and neurocognitive principles to
address these core issues, cultivating enduring positive outcomes.

Executive Coaching

Enhancing Leadership Performance

Executive coaching is a targeted professional development process where an experienced coach
partners with leaders (managers, executives, CEO’s) to achieve career goals and refine leadership skills.
This collaboration focuses on defined objectives, using techniques that foster self-awareness, reflection,
and strategic adaptation to professional challenges. It’s particularly useful during career transitions, for
improving communication and team management, collaboration, navigating cultural shifts, and
developing strategic vision.

Life Coaching

Focused on Present-Day Growth

In Life coaching we utilize neurocognitive coaching, a method that emphasizes the “here and now” to
improve performance. Rooted in the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach, it helps individuals
understand themselves, make better choices, and achieve success by uncovering unconscious needs.

The Importance of Spirituality

Deeper Insight

My spiritual practice, grounded in the Ananda Marga tantric tradition, is integral to my work. Through meditation, I cultivate inner peace, mindfulness, and enhanced interpersonal skills, which are essential for effective facilitation. Depending on the context, I may incorporate spiritual elements

Neurocognitive Insights

For Enhanced Performance

My training in the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach provides a scientific foundation for understanding human behavior and decision-making. By understanding how the brain works, we can better manage our emotions, motivations, decision making and behaviour. The primary application of the NBA is Adaptive Intelligence—the capacity to remain composed and capable when confronting new, intricate, or complex circumstances, and to maintain positive interpersonal relationships. These skills are vital for effective collaboration in our era of exponentially expanding knowledge and are essential for cultivating resilience and adaptability within organizations navigating an increasingly complex world.

Main Questions

How can I maintain a positive focus?

By consciously focusing on strengths, solutions, and desired outcomes, we cultivate a positive mindset that attracts positive results and fuels growth.

How can we assess an organization’s human readiness for change?

Evaluating the organizational culture, leadership styles, and individual mindsets reveals the level of openness to change and identifies potential barriers to success.

How can we increase volunteer engagement and responsibility?

By providing meaningful roles, clear expectations, and opportunities for growth and recognition, organizations can cultivate a sense of purpose and ownership among volunteers, leading to greater commitment and impact.

How can we ensure alignment between responsibility and authority?

Empowerment requires a clear match between the scope of one’s responsibilities and the power to make decisions and take action within that scope. This fosters ownership and accountability.

How can organizations better align with human functioning?

By recognizing that individuals are not simply cogs in a machine, but complex beings with unique needs and motivations, organizations can create environments that foster well-being and maximize individual potential. This involves shifting from rigid hierarchies to more flexible, human-centered structures.

Why is change so difficult?

Change often disrupts established patterns and comfort zones, triggering resistance. Understanding the psychological underpinnings of this resistance is crucial for successful implementation.

What makes autonomous teams more effective?

Autonomous teams foster ownership, creativity, and intrinsic motivation, leading to higher performance and job satisfaction. They thrive when empowered with decision-making authority and clear accountability.

Why address individual, relational, and organizational levels?

Lasting change requires a holistic approach. Addressing individual mindsets, interpersonal dynamics, and organizational structures ensures alignment and synergy, leading to sustainable results.
